Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee applies if you cancel an appointment more than 2 working days in advance.
If you cancel an appointment less than 2 working days in advance, you may choose from these two options:
- Pay the cost of the visit and reschedule within 90 days. The payment will apply to the rescheduled visit, and there will be no cancellation fee.
- Pay ½ of the visit fee and not schedule a future appointment at that time.
Emergency circumstances will be taken into consideration in
the application of this policy.
